  Two guys working the place are great. Very friendly and seemed to be engaged in their work. By far the best subway I have been to in a very long time.

  Based on visiting ALL the Subways I've been to across the country, this one tops 'em all.  First and foremost:  The building appears to be almost brand new.  Secondly, this Subway has a drive-thru.  I've never seen a drive-thru at a Subway before.  This location also has an abundance of parking on the site.
  
  During a short stay at Ft. Wayne, I stopped here and had a quick sandwich at about 10:45 AM.  The two folks working here, Sarah (Asst. Mngr.) and Andre ("Lead") could not have been friendlier, more efficient or customer oriented.
  
  I tried the "flat bread" for the first time here, too, on the suggestion of Andre.  Glad I did.  It was really good.  
  
  The quality of food at Subway and the efficient, no nonsense personnel that works there reminds me why I will go to Subway for a sandwich, from time to time,.

  Unorganized with rude and unfriendly staff. Lady at the drive thru muttered something to another employee behind the window and then shut the window on me as I was talking and walked away. Went inside and was just as rude. There are much better subways in Fort Wayne than this one.

  My daughter and I love subway so we have been to a lot of them in Fort Wayne and beyond. This one ranks low on my list of the subways we visits. We usually come for dinner and both times I've ordered from here I had the same girl. She has never smiled once. The first time she was alone the second time with a coworker. First time; I ordered the daily foot long special. I had a coupon. I read it very thorough and no where did it say I couldn't use it with the daily special so I did. She prepares my sandwich the way I specify and I go to pay and hand her the coupon. She charged me full price. I reminded her that the sub was the daily special. She tells me I can't use the coupon in that. I tell her it's not I nthw coupon and I have done it at other subways. Which I have. She wouldn't budge so I ask her to speak to the manager. She's alone she says. She does call him and he told her the same thing she told me. I express my disappointment and pay for the meal. Four months later I go in again with another coupon. The other woman started to help then the girl I saw four months prior rings me up. I pay, hand her my coupon and wait for the subs to be bagged. When hey are being bagged the girl hat rang me up said oh you got a meal I didn't ring that up. I honestly didn't even realize she didn't add it to the sandwiches. So she proceeds to tell me I owe xxx amount and rang me up for my drink and chips. I told her that I'm sorry hat I'm not paying. I did tell you I had a meal it's not my fault. She argues with me and finally the other woman steps in and says no it was our fault and says to keep them. I did put the chips back but already drank from one drink. I told them it was the principal that I said I had the meal and if she wanted to ring it up right she should have asked the woman preparing and bagging my sandwiches. It was just the principle of it all. Customers seem to never be in the right anymore and this place continuously is not customer friendly. I go out of my way to another one now.

  First off let me start with I order the thing on the menu that every employee hates making......the chopped salad.  I'm sorry for that but when your constantly on a diet, lol, it's the best thing to have plus it's pretty tasty.  The girls here work their butt's off and are amazing.  I love going to this location.  They truly are the definition of hard workers.
